is
our house in France. It is situated in a
beautiful rural location, approximately 75 miles south of the splendid
city of Caen. Close to the towns of Javron-les-Chapelles and
Villaines-la-Juhel in the Pays de la Loire region.

accommodation consists of:
Entrance hall with bathroom and toilet off: Breakfast kitchen with
double drainer sink, gas cooker, fridge, units, table and chairs, wall
heater and french window: double glass doors to Lounge, with wood
burning fire. wall heaters , dining suite, setee and chairs,
TV,
DVD, Cd player and french window to the garden:
First floor: Master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe,
wall
heater, french window overlooking the garden. Second bedroom with two
single beds and wardrobe, wall heater.
There is ample parking on the rear drive, the hot water and wall
heaters are electric with individual thermostatic control, the cooker
is powered by bottled gas replacements available at the supermarket
filling station in nearby Villaines la Juhel
The
Local area
Close
to the "Foret De Pail"
and the large towns of Alencon to east
and Mayenne to the west. The area is one of outstanding
natural
beauty with lots of places to visit within close
proximity.
